Lead Unity’s audience insights capability by designing continuous research programs, setting methodologies and precision standards, managing research vendors and budgets, and owning perception tracking. Combine research, product usage data, and social listening into actionable audience sentiment insights. Present clear findings and recommendations to senior leadership, challenge assumptions, and develop frameworks measuring developer and customer goodwill, strategic understanding, and internal trust. The role may also involve building or mentoring a small insights team.

Own Unity’s corporate communications portfolio, including earnings, financial guidance, annual reporting, leadership changes, and transactions. Build relationships with financial and technology media, translate financial documents into compelling narratives, identify proactive company stories, and coordinate major announcements. Partner with Global Communications, Investor Relations, Legal, and Product Communications while ensuring accurate disclosures and compliance with quiet-period requirements.

Leads Unity’s global Workplace function, overseeing distributed teams, multi-site employee experience strategy, workplace programs, budgets, vendors, site leader initiatives, employee resource groups, and hybrid-work research. Partners with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, and senior leaders to improve office experiences, belonging, manager enablement, and workplace decisions. The role is remote with periodic travel to key hubs and events, up to approximately 25%.
