Lead major gift identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Oversee advancement operations, gift processing, and donor events (annual gala, speaker series). Collaborate with senior leaders, trustees, faculty, and alumni to translate university priorities into fundraising opportunities and maintain donor relationships.

Lead development, administration, and monitoring of the university's annual operating budget. Partner with departments to create forecasts and multi-year projections, analyze budget-to-actual variances, produce management reports and scenario models, support audits, optimize financial systems and processes, and provide financial guidance to senior leadership and department leaders.

Lead creation, launch, and growth of a new School of Technology and Trades. Develop strategic and business plans, design workforce-aligned programs, build industry partnerships, oversee budget/facilities, ensure accreditation compliance, recruit and manage faculty/staff, pursue external funding, and track enrollment, completion, employment outcomes, and financial sustainability.
