Administer federal, state, institutional, and partner financial aid programs; ensure Title IV and NYS (TAP) compliance; package awards; manage verification, special circumstances, and reconciliations; counsel students and families; prepare reports and imports/exports; coordinate with campus and external partners; support assigned student populations and program outreach, including occasional travel and off-hour work.

The Assistant Director for Admission recruits students, manages relationships with counselors, analyzes recruitment goals, oversees student ambassadors, and coordinates campus visits. Responsibilities include communication, record maintenance, and participation in events.

Provide high-level executive support to the President and VP for Strategy, manage complex calendars, travel, confidential materials, and presidential events; coordinate Board of Trustees logistics and materials; prepare briefing materials, track action items, manage office budget and operations, and serve as a strategic liaison across senior leadership, trustees, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
