Teams at University of Pennsylvania

Lead major-gift fundraising and donor engagement across Penn’s New York region. Manage a 150–200 prospect pool, identify and solicit donors for gifts of $100,000 or more, develop cultivation and stewardship strategies, write proposals, support regional and campus events, and collaborate with university development teams. Recruit and guide alumni volunteers, coordinate prospect visits for university leaders, and manage follow-up activities. Travel and evening or weekend work are required as needed.
