Lead and build Unto Labs' legal function: advise founders on regulatory compliance (U.S. and international), corporate governance, commercial transactions, IP and open-source issues, disputes, and entity structuring. Draft and negotiate agreements, manage regulators and outside counsel, create scalable compliance processes, and support product launch and tokenomics strategy.

The role involves defining and executing marketing strategies for Unto Labs, crafting messaging for technical products, and leading marketing campaigns to engage audiences.

The Product Engineer will build decentralized finance applications, focusing on full-stack mobile and web experiences using React and React Native, while also developing tooling and infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
