Own and grow revenue management platform products for consumer packaged goods clients. Lead product vision, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, requirements, prototypes, MVPs, metrics, and releases. Partner with engineering, business systems analysts, sales, client services, executives, and customers throughout development. Facilitate Agile planning activities and represent products during discovery, pilots, and rollouts.

Develops and enhances data integration architecture for a SaaS revenue management platform. Responsibilities include creating integration roadmaps with third-party ERPs, supporting existing integration points, designing customer-specific data integration procedures, consolidating customer processes, and streamlining data workflows. The role collaborates with client data teams, third-party providers, data integration specialists, and data science teams.

Lead SaaS implementations from requirements workshops through configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Configure client data, hierarchies, and access; validate data using Excel and SQL; manage project timelines and risks; and maintain client relationships. Support sales through demos and solution scoping, document configurations, transition clients to support, and relay feedback to Product. The role requires strong communication, organization, consulting, and project management skills in a client-facing environment.
