Own Uphold’s public relations and communications function, including media strategy, executive visibility, press releases, thought leadership, crisis response, and regulatory communications. Build relationships with crypto, fintech, and financial media while advising leadership on positioning and risk. Coordinate messaging across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product, and manage multiple fast-moving initiatives in a volatile industry environment.

Lead and scale enterprise API sales across fintech, payments, digital assets, banks, brokerages, and crypto-native businesses. Develop go-to-market strategy, prioritize opportunities, build executive relationships, close high-value deals, manage pipeline and forecasting, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on API roadmap priorities. Support Sales Director development, represent the company at industry events, and drive revenue growth against company quotas. Travel up to 30% is required.

Own the Customer.io CRM platform, including data models, integrations, pipelines, event schemas, workflow architecture, governance, consent, compliance, deliverability, QA, and platform roadmap. Partner with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Commercial, Security, Privacy, and Legal to enable scalable, compliant customer communications across products and brands. Build reusable templates and guardrails, train marketing teams, automate operations, evaluate AI applications, and maintain reliable multi-channel messaging infrastructure.
