Lead development and execution of resolution strategies for large, complex Commercial Real Estate problem loans. Negotiate with borrowers and participant lenders, manage bilateral and syndicated credits, evaluate recovery opportunities, present recommendations to senior management, advise business partners, maintain legal/insolvency knowledge, and mentor junior workout professionals.

Develops marketing performance reports, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive metrics. Analyzes campaign, budget, and business data to identify trends and opportunities, translating findings into recommendations for leadership. Partners with Finance, Business Intelligence, and other stakeholders to improve measurement strategies and reporting processes. Presents insights and supports data-driven marketing decisions across the organization.

Supports Deposit and Payment Solutions Relationship Managers in managing customer relationships within Private Capital Global Asset Management. Serves as a customer liaison, analyzes financial data, prepares proposals, identifies needs, coordinates referrals, ensures accurate account and product implementation, and assists with client and product training. More senior employees may manage or co-manage assigned client relationships.
