Serve as primary post-sale contact for B2B accounts: respond to inbound calls/emails, troubleshoot billing/service/device issues, escalate and follow through, proactively check in to reduce churn and identify upsell, maintain CRM records, coordinate cross-functionally, manage renewals, and report recurring pain points to leadership.

The Senior Product Manager, Growth will lead initiatives to enhance customer discovery, onboarding, and retention through data-driven product experiments and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the design vision and execution across user-facing surfaces, own end-to-end desktop web app and marketing experiences, define design rituals and governance, guide a post-rebrand design system, coach and mentor designers, and partner with product, engineering, and executives to shape product strategy and standards.
