The Risk Management Consultant provides safety training, completes underwriting survey reports, and submits recommendations to improve risk management and control loss experiences.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve commercial general liability claims (primarily New York), draft coverage position letters, manage defenses for complex claims, handle some litigated files, attend mediations/trials, interpret laws and court decisions, and mentor junior team members.
