Leads regional risk management and loss control operations across New York State and Northern New Jersey. Responsibilities include managing staff and vendors, overseeing risk assessments and loss reduction initiatives, coaching field personnel, supporting large-account services, consulting with policyholders and agents, collaborating with underwriting and claims, managing regional budgets, and delivering risk management presentations and workshops.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve commercial general liability claims (primarily New York), draft coverage position letters, manage defenses for complex claims, handle some litigated files, attend mediations/trials, interpret laws and court decisions, and mentor junior team members.
