Responsible for full-desk financial recruiting and business development: sourcing, interviewing, and placing finance/audit/tax professionals; generating job orders and leads; managing client relationships; logging activity in Bullhorn; collaborating to cross-sell and meet revenue targets.

Generate new business and grow revenue by building client relationships and prospecting. Manage job orders from intake to fulfillment, track activity in an ATS, collaborate across teams, and meet individual gross margin and activity performance targets.

Drive new business and client relationships for staffing and consulting engagements in accounting and finance. Work with recruitment teams to source and fulfill interim and project roles, manage opportunities end-to-end, maintain target account lists, conduct client visits, and track market/hiring trends to meet revenue goals.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance contract and direct-hire roles: source, screen, interview, and manage candidates. Partner with sales and business stakeholders, maintain candidate skills matrix, log activity in Bullhorn, generate leads, and collaborate across teams to fill open orders and support business development.
