Lead end-to-end enterprise AI solutions for an LLM-powered coaching platform: design, implement, and evaluate prompts, memory/knowledge patterns, and coaching flows; architect reusable components; define evaluation/guardrails; collaborate with Product and AI Engineering; mentor colleagues and measure deployment outcomes.

Design and own Valence's marketing creative across social, email, web, events, and sales materials. Build website mock-ups and event collateral, maintain brand system and templates, use generative AI for rapid prototyping, and partner with marketing, sales, and product to produce enterprise-ready creative.

Lead customer advocacy and storytelling for Fortune 500 clients: produce case studies, video testimonials, speaking programs, executive roundtables, and customer community initiatives to convert customer success into commercial pipeline and strategic relationships.
