Build and own the company’s product, cloud, and internal security foundations. Responsibilities include developing security controls, securing AI agents and enterprise integrations, managing vulnerabilities and incident response, leading customer security reviews, maintaining trust documentation, supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 readiness, and partnering cross-functionally on security priorities, governance, and compliance.

Own and operate a customer pod serving pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Lead AI deployments from pilot to production, manage executive relationships, drive adoption, renewals, and expansion, and hire and develop AI Strategists. Personally oversee high-stakes deployments, advise on AI governance and compliance in regulated environments, translate customer needs into product priorities, and create repeatable deployment playbooks.

Own and scale Valkai’s business operating systems across business operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations, recruiting, planning, and corporate functions. Build reusable playbooks, GTM data and tooling, forecasting processes, AI-native internal automations, hiring systems, company scorecards, and board materials. Partner closely with founders and the AI Strategy team to solve cross-functional problems and improve how the company operates as it grows.
