Lead commercial data and analytics to enable sales effectiveness via CRM (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics); deliver behavioral insights, improve client relationship data integrity, develop measurement and data sources, partner with business and tech teams, and build and coach a high-performing team of business analysts.

Analyzes asset-based lending collateral, including borrowing bases, accounts receivable, inventory, appraisals, advances, cash receipts, and eligibility calculations. Reconciles borrower-reported collateral with loan systems, monitors compliance and performance trends, identifies risks, validates loan availability, and resolves reporting discrepancies. The role communicates findings to borrowers, portfolio managers, and senior leadership while maintaining regulatory and credit policy compliance.

Acquire and grow commercial clients, manage and service assigned loan portfolios, analyze and underwrite credit, negotiate loan terms, prepare credit approval packages, and oversee loan closings to ensure documentation and compliance.
