Leads Valley Foundry’s strategic portfolio and cross-functional technology programs from concept through execution. Responsibilities include governance, prioritization, resource allocation, operating rhythms, executive reporting, KPI development, process optimization, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The role coordinates engineering, data, cybersecurity, business, fintech, startup, vendor, and ecosystem partners while driving innovation adoption and organizational readiness in regulated enterprise environments.

Identifies and solicits new vendor accounts, grows existing relationships, prepares sales materials and presentations, launches programs, structures profitable lease programs, and achieves volume and yield targets. The role also requires negotiation, credit understanding, financial analysis, expense discipline, and travel to vendor meetings or conferences as needed.
