Own and deliver live enterprise deployments of ValonOS: map client operations, identify gaps, configure the platform, query data warehouses, translate across stakeholders, and drive measurable operational outcomes using SQL, Python, and AI tools.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, coordinating engineering, product, design, operations, and other stakeholders. Define scope, timelines, metrics, and risk plans; improve development processes; communicate status and dependencies; resolve technical and organizational roadblocks; and help establish the company’s TPM function, strategy, and best practices.

Lead end-to-end design for a scalable SaaS product, enhancing usability and driving collaboration across teams while mentoring designers and advocating for user needs.
