Owner-operator role handling day-to-day company operations: facilities, IT, vendors, travel, finance, payroll, equity administration, recruiting, and special projects. Partner with founders and head of operations to build infrastructure, run sensitive commercial and government engagements, and seed future operational functions.

Own and run the BD pipeline end-to-end for federal, national lab, and commercial customers: qualify opportunities, manage proposals and contracts (SBIR/STTR, OTA, BAA), coordinate government affairs and lobbying, represent the company at events, align GTM with product/engineering, and run team operating cadence and generalist ops work as needed.
