Lead technical design and delivery for rail track construction, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects. Develops client relationships, secures waterfront and coastal infrastructure projects, oversees grants and proposals, supports permitting and project delivery, mentors multidisciplinary teams, and manages practice performance. The role focuses on urban waterfronts, marinas, parks, coastal resiliency, and public-sector infrastructure while promoting thought leadership and cross-business collaboration.

Designs and analyzes traction power systems for transit and rail infrastructure, including substations, power distribution, negative return, facility and signal power. Prepares drawings, specifications, estimates, calculations, proposals, studies, and final design documents. Reviews contractor designs, performs AC/DC load flow analyses, and ensures projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Requires strong railway power systems expertise, AutoCAD proficiency, technical communication, and project management skills.

Designs and leads enterprise database architectures, data models, integrations, governance, and performance initiatives. The role supports scalable and secure SQL Server environments, cloud platforms, data warehouses, ETL processes, reporting, analytics, and transportation safety data systems. Responsibilities include optimization, security, backup and recovery, documentation, technical standards, and collaboration with software engineering and business teams. The position requires strong relational database, SQL development, administration, and enterprise data modeling expertise.
