Lead technical design and delivery for rail track construction, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects. Coordinate track access, sequencing, outages, multidisciplinary systems integration, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, contractor submittals, project controls, and field issue resolution. Mentor engineers, support pursuits, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide technical recommendations across passenger rail programs.

Provides strategic advice and business development support for railroad and rail transit operations simulation and systems analysis projects. Builds client and partner relationships, develops business and marketing strategies, supports proposals and pursuits, performs competitive and SWOT analyses, identifies teaming opportunities, advises project execution, and mentors transit and rail professionals across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Leads growth and business development for VHB’s Coastal Engineering & Resiliency practice across the Northeast. Develops client relationships, secures waterfront and coastal infrastructure projects, oversees grants and proposals, supports permitting and project delivery, mentors multidisciplinary teams, and manages practice performance. The role focuses on urban waterfronts, marinas, parks, coastal resiliency, and public-sector infrastructure while promoting thought leadership and cross-business collaboration.
