Drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying strategic accounts, executing multichannel prospecting sequences, cold calling, handling objections, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales activity records. The role requires meeting daily activity targets, managing an account book strategically, representing Vanta empathetically, improving outbound processes, and collaborating in a hybrid office environment.

Own the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap, delivering shared capabilities such as search, imports, exports, custom fields, and approval workflows. Partner across teams to understand customer needs, prioritize platform investments, lead AI-first redesigns, define model evaluation criteria, and transition legacy experiences to agent-led workflows. The role requires technical depth, enterprise customer experience, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven product management.

Build and operate shared AI platform capabilities, including SDKs, APIs, agent infrastructure, durable workflows, model integrations, retrieval, evaluation, and debugging tools. The role focuses on reliability, observability, performance, secure customer-data handling, and turning AI experiments into reusable production capabilities. Responsibilities also include partnering with product teams, driving adoption, diagnosing AI failures, and mentoring or leading broader technical initiatives.
