Own day-to-day guest and artist experience operations: improve booking conversion, monitor experience metrics, manage bookings and CRM hygiene, onboard and support artists, solve time-sensitive cross‑timezone issues, maintain communication channels, design SOPs and workflows, and automate repetitive tasks while preserving human touch.

Own and execute email and newsletter strategies to convert subscribers into bookings. Run growth experiments, A/B tests, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns. Collaborate on landing pages and user flows, use data to optimize performance, and craft emotionally resonant copy that communicates VAWAA’s creative mission.

Identify, vet, and onboard established artists globally; manage outreach and partnerships; maintain artist CRM and database; conduct interviews and collect assets; support design and programming of immersive experiences; advocate for artists and build relationships with brands and cultural organizations to grow the platform.
