Own VAWAA’s artist supply growth by identifying and curating exceptional artists, building relationships, shaping compelling multi-day experiences, and guiding artists through onboarding and launch. The role combines creative judgment, relationship management, commercial thinking, content editing, CRM administration, and process development. During a 3–4 month consulting pilot, the successful candidate will launch 20–30 artists, build a repeatable pipeline, improve onboarding systems, and reduce founder involvement.
