Own Veeam’s global enterprise partner marketing strategy for its Data & AI Security portfolio. Build scalable partner go-to-market playbooks, define partner profiles and growth strategies, lead product launch readiness, create messaging and enablement assets, develop integrated campaigns, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Collaborate with sales, product marketing, alliances, channel, demand generation, and regional teams while tracking activation, campaign performance, and adoption metrics.

Leads global sales excellence by improving forecast accuracy, diagnosing commercial performance gaps, and standardizing enterprise sales motions across regions. Owns cross-functional improvement programs, sales technology and AI enablement, deployment sequencing, adoption measurement, and leadership reporting. Partners with Sales Operations, Finance, Enablement, Technology, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and other commercial functions to deliver measurable improvements in sales predictability, seller productivity, and execution.

Own technical relationships for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts across the customer lifecycle. Develop success plans, drive activation and adoption, conduct health assessments and architecture reviews, evaluate recovery readiness, facilitate resilience simulations, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and prepare executive business reviews. Provide strategic guidance on data protection, cyber resilience, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization while partnering with Sales and internal teams to support renewals and measurable customer outcomes.
