Lead corporate legal matters including governance, entity management, M&A, equity plans, and financings. Support public company SEC reporting, negotiate transaction documents, manage outside counsel, and advise cross-functional stakeholders on disclosure, governance, and integration.

Provide commercial legal support to global sales: draft, review and negotiate SaaS/software/channel agreements; advise on privacy, risk, and compliance; develop templates, playbooks, and training; partner with Sales and Deal Desk to resolve issues and escalate complex matters.

Provide pragmatic legal advice and lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements (SaaS, BaaS, services, channel). Partner with Sales, Deal Desk and operations to identify and mitigate legal, privacy, regulatory and commercial risks, improve contract playbooks and processes, and deliver training to support global sales transactions.
