Conduct outbound phone sales to homeowners, educate them about solar, qualify prospects, and schedule consultations for outside sales representatives. The role requires closing-oriented communication, persistent follow-up, CRM usage, strong organization, and accountability in a fully remote environment. Weekend availability is mandatory, with two full-time schedule options.
