The Customer Success Manager will build relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction and renewals within strategic accounts. Responsibilities include managing client interactions and escalating issues for resolution.

Design and operationalize FHIR-compliant data models and scalable integration solutions to harmonize EHR, HIE, and claims data. Build validation frameworks and automated rules to ensure clinical accuracy and longitudinal integrity. Produce clear documentation and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support analytics, operational, and research initiatives.

Lead commercial marketing for the US Government segment: own market and competitive intelligence, create problem-first messaging and sales enablement assets, run segment campaigns to drive pipeline, build playbooks/ROI tools, influence product roadmap, and support sales to accelerate deal velocity and close revenue.
