Provides project leadership, mentors CRAs, supports study documentation and clinical systems, manages external customer interactions, and coordinates competing priorities. Requires clinical operations expertise, therapeutic-area knowledge, strong communication, critical thinking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical trial technologies.

Lead business development for existing and prospective life-science clients: identify leads, manage sales through contract closure, create and deliver client presentations, collaborate with proposals, project management, and finance to grow accounts and company visibility.
