Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders for US non-investment staff. Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance and exit processes. Lead employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and consult legal counsel. Drive talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, engagement, and L&D initiatives. Support headcount planning, internal mobility, and organizational design while building HR processes and mentoring direct reports.

As a Quantitative Research Analyst, you will develop models, conduct complex data analysis, and work with stakeholders to optimize investment strategies.

Design, build, and maintain systems to calculate and manage margin, financing interest, and funding costs. Develop scalable near-real-time trade processing and portfolio optimization services. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, portfolio finance and traders to improve performance, resilience, and data access patterns while owning Treasury systems and workflows.

Lead US benefits strategy and operations including health plan design, vendor/broker management, compliance (ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/COBRA/FMLA), Workday benefits administration, open enrollment execution, benefits communications, invoice reconciliation, and employee wellbeing programs. Own renewals, Form 5500/1094-C/1095-C reporting, carrier data integrity, and partner with HRBPs, payroll, legal, and finance.

Work with L/S Equity portfolio managers to source, analyze, and operationalize alternative and traditional datasets. Build predictive signals, apply statistical and machine learning techniques, create dashboards and tooling, and communicate data-driven investment insights to PMs and analysts.

Provide firm-wide desktop and mobile device support, VIP support for investment professionals, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, install and configure systems and applications, participate in on-call rotations, manage hardware/software assets, support office moves/events, create technical documentation, train staff, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Responsible for developing custom equity factors, reviewing exposures, creating risk management tools, and providing equity advisory services, with 7+ years of experience.

Perform quantitative analysis and build models/tools to inform equity long/short investment and business decisions. Analyze performance, risk attribution, and portfolio construction; run statistical tests; implement process improvements; apply AI tools to accelerate research; present findings to senior stakeholders and partner with PMs, trading, operations, technology, data, and research teams.

The role involves designing and developing tools in Python for trading and risk management, maintaining data pipelines, and collaborating with teams to enhance trading strategies using advanced techniques.

Develop and implement enterprise-level risk analytics and exposure reporting, partner with risk managers to create strategy-specific monitoring, drive reporting to stakeholders, explore innovative risk-monitoring approaches (including AI), and present insights to senior management to support decision-making.
