Provides administrative and logistical support to a Business Head through calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, office access, catering, reservations, expense reporting, and vendor coordination. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, resolving scheduling and expense issues, anticipating needs, and handling confidential information.

Build and support internal web applications, data workflows, and AI-assisted tooling. Responsibilities include Python and SQL development, frontend changes, performance optimization, data-quality investigation, system integrations, LLM tool interfaces, user support, account provisioning, deployments, monitoring, documentation, development environments, and automated testing.

Manages the trade lifecycle for Total Return Swaps and other asset classes, including trade bookings, swap resets, corporate actions, break resolution, and daily transaction, position, and cash reconciliations in Geneva. Partners with trading, accounting, technology, risk, counterparties, and global operations teams to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, reduce operational risk, and support effective policies and procedures.
