Personally oversees payroll cycles, vendor relationships, audits, budgeting, open enrollment, compensation programs, and regulatory requirements. Manages a People Operations team, supports employees with sensitive issues, improves processes, and partners with Finance, HR, IT, and executive leadership. The role requires hands-on multi-country payroll expertise, strong people leadership, system ownership, and discretion.

Plans and coordinates live and virtual events, conferences, workshops, symposiums, and internal meetings. Responsibilities include venue and vendor coordination, registration, booth and materials preparation, agenda and speaker management, technical setup, attendee support, contract administration, and post-event reporting. The role also analyzes event costs, attendance, and feedback, supports industry engagement, and requires occasional travel and flexible event-hour availability.

Leads strategy, modernization, and execution across multiple public safety SaaS products or initiatives. Defines portfolio roadmaps, pricing, positioning, and business cases; partners with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and customer teams; drives AI and analytics adoption; oversees complex cross-functional delivery; represents the portfolio with executives and customers; and mentors product professionals.
