Own revenue enablement for a growing commercial team by building onboarding, messaging, qualification frameworks, call coaching, certifications, and content. Analyze Gong calls and Salesforce data to identify field gaps, improve ramp and quota attainment, and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations. Translate healthcare and DME workflows into practical sales training while maintaining enablement content, scorecards, and AI-assisted tools.

Own revenue operations analytics and systems, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, territory and routing logic, quota modeling, Salesforce administration, GTM data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, enablement, and clinical operations to maintain reliable metrics, improve CRM hygiene, automate processes, and translate GTM data into actionable insights.

The Account Executive will drive sales of healthcare technology solutions by prospecting, conducting high-volume outreach, presenting products, negotiating, building customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. It is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule requiring four days per week in the office.
