Manage Dell Technologies account across a defined North American region, blending hunting and farming to hit revenue targets. Build executive relationships, develop and execute multi-stakeholder account plans, sell Vertiv solutions through channel partners and Dell, forecast and close deals, train Dell sales teams, track CRM opportunities, and support customers through the sales cycle. Heavy travel (50-75%).

Lead systems architect responsible for defining, integrating, and validating end-to-end data center power and infrastructure architectures. Drive technical decisions, alignment across product lines, customer interactions, trade studies, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Plan and execute operational site audits across global manufacturing sites, assess controls in procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, inventory and quality, support SOX audits, lead SIOP maturity assessments, deliver risk-based recommendations to improve efficiency and compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Senior technical leader translating system architectures into validated power system designs for hyperscale and AI data centers. Leads and mentors a small systems engineering team, performs end-to-end power system design and analyses, validates reliability and efficiency targets, supports customer engagements (RFI/RFPs), and aligns designs with codes, standards, and product roadmaps.

Lead planning and execution of NPDI deployment programs for AC/DC power, MV distribution, energy storage and microgrid solutions. Ensure field readiness, commissioning, protection coordination, FMEA, pilot deployments, playbook development, cross-functional alignment, parts/logistics readiness, and continuous improvement for scalable power system rollouts.

Field-facing technical sales role supporting rack and row data center solutions. Conduct site walks, assess white space and power needs, develop technical specifications and pricing, support proposal and sales cycles, collaborate with regional sales, consultants, contractors and internal teams, and provide product education. Maintain pipeline, identify competitive opportunities, and support demos, trade shows, and training.

Lead mechanical architecture and system integration for rack- and row-based data center infrastructure. Own 3D CAD design, perform/coordinate FEA and validation testing, ensure manufacturability and compliance, drive cross-functional reviews, support factory integration and pre-sales, and mentor junior engineers.

Own and scale global lifecycle service offerings for integrated infrastructure solutions (modular, containerized, skid-based). Define service roadmap, launch services, create SOWs/SOPs, enable regional deployment, set value-based pricing, track lifecycle performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive recurring services revenue and operational consistency.

Lead global new product development programs for integrated edge data center systems, coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, and controls across design, integration, validation, and controlled release. Manage schedules, risks, NPDI phase-gates, stakeholders, and program artifacts to deliver field-ready infrastructure platforms on time and within budget.

Provide technical sales support for Vertiv 3-phase AC power products: review RFPs and electrical drawings, specify equipment and battery sizing, create single-line concepts, support proposals and account planning, conduct customer design reviews, participate in product development, and travel to support key accounts (25–50%).

Designs, develops, and implements test methods, fixtures, and diagnostic programs for product development and manufacturing. Builds test equipment, develops data-analysis programs, performs uncertainty analysis, analyzes test data, prepares reports, and coordinates witness tests with customers.

Lead Vertiv's liquid cooling fluid management and service operations: standardize procedures, build scopes and proposals with chemical suppliers, coordinate field implementation, resolve technical remediation, support KPI reporting, and improve service delivery for direct-to-chip cooling.

Lead technical engagement and strategy for Vertiv chiller solutions, influencing customer design decisions and product roadmaps. Drive account-level growth, capture voice-of-customer insights, promote systems-level thought leadership, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized data center cooling architectures and measurable revenue/share-of-wallet growth.
