Manage and retain top employer clients and pooled plans, handle inbound inquiries and change orders, conduct proactive outreach and client reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, create processes and playbooks, provide coverage to other service teams, document interactions, and escalate compliance or legal issues as needed.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to design scalable operational processes and system requirements. Drive roadmap prioritization, stakeholder engagement, documentation standards, and data-driven process optimization to improve efficiency and operational scalability in a retirement/financial services context.
