Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing retirement plan sales with financial advisors across a regional territory. Manage full sales cycle, maintain pipeline, hit KPIs/quota, use MEDDPICC methodology, collaborate with RVPs and cross-functional teams, and leverage Salesforce and sales tools to scale repeatable processes.

As a Finance Manager, you will partner with GTM teams to provide insights, manage budgeting, oversee sales commission processes, and develop KPI dashboards while performing financial analyses.

Manage and retain top employer clients and pooled plans, handle inbound inquiries and change orders, conduct proactive outreach and client reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, create processes and playbooks, provide coverage to other service teams, document interactions, and escalate compliance or legal issues as needed.
