Supports global mobility managed services engagements involving international assignment management, workforce administration, payroll, finance and accounting, mobility policy, compliance, and process governance. Collaborates with clients, HR, payroll teams, and global colleagues to gather information, respond to inquiries, analyze data, support client projects, manage compliance risks, and improve service delivery. The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the New York office.

Supports global mobility client services through international assignment coordination, compliance reporting, payroll, tax and immigration process support, research, data entry, communications, and process improvement. The intern works with professionals on client needs, business processes, and workforce management while gaining exposure to global mobility consulting and international business challenges.

Supports client technology solutions by defining integration and reporting requirements, developing ETL processes and data pipelines, creating dashboards, testing integrations, and troubleshooting issues. Collaborates with clients, developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored reporting and integration capabilities. The role also involves client meetings, technical documentation, data analysis, task coordination, and adapting solutions to changing client needs.

Designs and implements client technology integrations, data pipelines, ETL processes, reports, and dashboards. The role gathers technical requirements, transforms and integrates mobility data, troubleshoots solutions, and collaborates with developers and project managers to deliver reliable client-facing technology solutions.

Executes integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the Americas, translating global strategies into regional activation plans. Coordinates content, events, digital channels, alliances, sales follow-up, and reporting to drive engagement and pipeline influence. Manages campaign setup, audience segmentation, lead tracking, analytics, and optimization using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Partners with regional, global, sales, growth, and alliance teams while applying AI responsibly to improve campaign execution and content quality.

Support design, implementation, and compliance of global equity/share plans. Contribute to client deliverables, payroll tax withholding calculations, reporting, dashboards, tax matrix maintenance, cross-functional coordination with HR/Finance/Payroll/Tax, employee education, and periodic client-facing travel.

Support implementation and management of global compensation and payroll solutions. Serve as client point of contact, ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance, perform data entry and reporting, track processes, assist year-end reporting, identify process improvements, and participate in team projects.

Lead tax advisor for high-net-worth, internationally mobile clients. Provide strategic planning for pre-immigration, expatriation, foreign trusts, inbound investments, and global estate structures. Review complex U.S. tax filings and international information returns, manage tax risk and quality, mentor senior staff, and drive practice growth via partner relationships, thought leadership, and business development.

Assist delivery of global equity compensation solutions: support design, implementation, compliance, and administration of global share plans. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax; perform payroll tax withholding calculations and due diligence; prepare reporting, dashboards, and tax matrices; support employee education and year-end reporting. Contribute to client deliverables under senior guidance.

Provide tax compliance and advisory services for globally mobile employees: prepare and file tax returns, calculate payroll taxes and social security, advise on assignment structures and tax-equalization, maintain records, communicate with clients, manage engagement financials, research country-specific tax issues, and identify business development opportunities.

Lead and deliver end-to-end global payroll, compensation and rewards programs for multinational clients. Advise on governance, compliance, automation and analytics, manage vendors and projects, and coach junior team members to drive operational excellence and transformation.

Manage and maintain 13-week, one-month, and 12-month cashflow forecasting models; deliver weekly liquidity performance analysis; support Americas cash management, FX trades, wire execution, bank account lifecycle and debt documentation; drive process standardization, optimization and automation for Treasury operations.

Advise corporate clients on U.S. employment-based immigration matters; prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment petitions; develop immigration strategies; ensure compliance; leverage technology to improve efficiency; participate in client meetings and mentor team members.
