Manage end-to-end proposal development for strategic and competitive pursuits, including RFP analysis, win themes, content creation, editing, formatting, stakeholder coordination, and final submission. Lead proposal timelines, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, maintain content libraries, track bid metrics, support pitch decks and oral presentations, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires strong writing, project management, attention to detail, and proficiency with proposal, document, and procurement tools.

Supports global mobility managed services engagements involving international assignment management, workforce administration, payroll, finance and accounting, mobility policy, compliance, and process governance. Collaborates with clients, HR, payroll teams, and global colleagues to gather information, respond to inquiries, analyze data, support client projects, manage compliance risks, and improve service delivery. The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the New York office.

Supports global mobility client services through international assignment coordination, compliance reporting, payroll, tax and immigration process support, research, data entry, communications, and process improvement. The intern works with professionals on client needs, business processes, and workforce management while gaining exposure to global mobility consulting and international business challenges.
