Own and administer Salesforce as the company’s source of truth for account assignment, pipeline management, and revenue operations. Build and maintain flows, resolve data integrity issues, monitor integrations with GTM tools, identify sync failures, and translate business requests into scalable system changes. The role also involves Salesforce API work, CRM data-quality monitoring, AI-assisted administration, and close partnership with Sales, SDR, CSM, AM, and GTM Operations teams.

Design and build production integrations with CRMs, CDPs, measurement vendors, and data partners. Own Vibe’s public API architecture, developer tooling, documentation, monitoring, authentication, and MCP gateway contributions. Lead reliability improvements for distributed backend systems and data pipelines, establish engineering standards, guide technical direction, and partner with external organizations on data contracts. The role requires strong TypeScript, AWS, and Terraform experience plus end-to-end ownership of major projects.
