Provides case management and counseling to young adults and families, including assessments, service planning, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, referrals, appointment support, home visits, progress documentation, and assistance securing essential documents. Maintains caseload records, coordinates with service providers, participates in supervision and professional development, and supports youth in developing independent living and life skills.

Executive leader responsible for the strategy, operations, performance, sustainability, and evolution of the national 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Oversees SAMHSA’s Cooperative Agreement, federal partnerships, multidisciplinary leadership, service quality, crisis-center networks, training, standards, technology integration, financial management, and organizational transformation. Represents Vibrant with government officials, policymakers, behavioral health leaders, funders, advocates, and media while advancing equitable, evidence-informed crisis services nationwide.

Supervise and develop Family and Youth Peer Advocates, provide coaching and training, oversee referrals and schedules, review electronic health record documentation, monitor service activity, and support reporting. Build partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, behavioral-health programs, and community organizations across Staten Island. Strengthen referral pathways, identify service gaps, represent the program at stakeholder meetings, and help families access coordinated support.
