Senior data leader accountable for Vibrant's enterprise data strategy, unifying analytics, data science, ML, and AI. Owns governance, BI platform architecture, ML/AI model development and responsible AI frameworks, budgeting, compliance, and team building to deliver predictive models, dashboards, and equitable reporting for programs and executive stakeholders.

Build, deploy, monitor, and document predictive models and analytical reports; translate findings for non-technical stakeholders; ensure model quality, fairness, and explainability; collaborate with data engineers and train staff on data literacy; support production ML infrastructure on AWS.

Lead strategy and execution of integrated digital fundraising across email, social, paid digital, peer-to-peer, and donation experiences. Manage budgets, agencies, analytics, audience segmentation, donor journeys, A/B testing, and cross-functional partnerships to grow online revenue and optimize donor acquisition and retention.
