Leads and executes the organization's fundraising strategy, manages a portfolio of major donors and a fundraising team, and drives revenue across corporate, foundation, government, and digital channels. Develops prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies; oversees CRM and reporting, budgets, proposals, and compliance; partners with leadership and program teams to increase donor engagement and gift size.

Monitor real-time queue performance, attendance, and agent adherence; update schedules; prepare and present daily performance data; support workforce management and clinical leadership with staffing analysis and process improvements in a contact center.

Lead product strategy and execution for Vibrant's H2H Pod, owning end-to-end lifecycle, roadmaps, metrics, and team leadership. Partner with engineering, data, design, and external stakeholders to deliver mission-critical digital platforms serving vulnerable populations and government partners.
