Lead positioning and run product and vertical sub-launches end-to-end: Product Hunt, landing pages, creative assets, comms, sales enablement, and customer proof. Work hands-on in Figma, direct designers/agencies, collaborate tightly with product and founders, and iterate weekly to scale launches across multiple ICPs.

Lead and build the company's communications function: craft and own the narrative, run press and place stories, write founder and customer-facing content, manage crisis communications, develop media relationships, and create strategic visibility via podcasts, conferences, and op-eds while working closely with co-founders.

Own and ship end-to-end product features across Slack, Teams, and web. Drive onboarding, activation, and retention; design control flows for agent actions; talk to users, iterate after shipping, and polish UX. Move across frontend, backend, and infra to deliver production-quality value quickly.

Own and grow Viktors community across Slack, Reddit, review sites and other channels. Drive onboarding, events, ambassador programs, feedback loops to product and engineering, and convert users into advocates to improve retention and public ratings.

Lead end-to-end product-led growth for activation, retention, and monetization. Run hypothesis-driven experiments (A/B), instrument funnels, write PRDs and microcopy, ship with engineering, and analyze results with SQL and PostHog/HogQL. Own three live experiments at a time, improve onboarding, charge-recovery, integration-drop recovery, and expansion triggers to move retention and revenue metrics.

You will own full-cycle sales for an early-stage AI-driven SaaS product: prospecting, booking demos, running live product demos on prospect data, building the GTM playbook, and closing contracts while working closely with co-founders.

Own Viktor's organic social across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube: create calendar and copy, engage in real-time conversations, operate and run the Creator Program (submissions, payouts, sheets, automations), amplify team posts, and measure/optimize reach and pipeline.

Lead end-to-end acquisition for an AI-native B2B SaaS: own paid channels, partnerships, experimentation, conversion funnel, measurement, and hiring playbook. Operate hands-on to optimize pipeline, CAC efficiency, and paying accounts while building a small growth team.
