Support site operations at an urgent care clinic by managing front-desk performance, staff (PCRs), inventory, scheduling non-providers, and patient flow. Assist physicians with basic patient care and procedures, maintain HIPAA compliance, order supplies/medications, open/close the site, coach and discipline staff, and ensure a hospitable patient experience. Provide coverage for the Site Manager when absent and handle patient disputes, satisfaction follow-up, and related administrative duties.
