Own strategic employer accounts contracted through health plan partners, driving retention, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion. Deliver data-driven business reviews (clinical outcomes, engagement, ROI), monitor KPIs, surface risks, and partner cross-functionally to expand adoption and demonstrate value at scale.

Build and maintain scalable Go microservices for eligibility, billing, and client systems. Automate operational workflows, create self-service tools for finance/operations, ensure accurate and traceable member and client data, contribute to client-facing APIs, and collaborate with data/AI teams to apply AI for validation and anomaly detection.

Lead Virta's clinical research and scientific communication to generate and disseminate RWE and HEOR demonstrating clinical and economic outcomes. Manage a team of doctoral investigators, oversee analyses of claims, registries, and trial data, build KOL networks, partner with Commercial and Product to translate evidence into market narratives, and represent Virta publicly to close large-scale contracts.
