Internal sales partner supporting a regional sales director by engaging financial advisors via phone, email, and webinars; performing analyses with Morningstar and internal tools; identifying opportunities using CRM and PowerBI; collaborating cross-functionally; and documenting activity in CRM.

Represent Virtus investment products to financial advisors and intermediaries across Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Build and maintain advisor relationships, lead territory sales initiatives, identify client needs, provide product and investment-market expertise, and conduct sales training. Advise clients on practice management, portfolio construction, and alternative investments. Extensive field travel, approximately 90%, is required.

Lead strategic ETF distribution and sales initiatives, grow assets under management, and build senior relationships with RIAs, aggregators, model providers, consultants, bank platforms, and institutional buyers. Partner with product, capital markets, investment, marketing, and distribution teams on product launches, positioning, commercialization, and market strategy. Serve as an ETF thought leader, deliver educational presentations, mentor sales professionals, and represent Virtus at client meetings and industry events.
