Manage and lead the 340B Compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal 340B regulations. Oversee OPAIS registrations, audits (internal and external), policy and procedure development, staff training, inventory and database monitoring, corrective action plans, and cross-departmental collaboration to mitigate compliance risks and maintain program integrity.
