Coordinates patient referrals, schedules specialty appointments, verifies insurance eligibility and authorization, communicates with patients and providers, tracks consultation results, and maintains accurate EHR documentation. The role also manages referral tracking tools, conducts preventive care outreach, supports appointment issue resolution, and provides respectful customer service. Strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office, and multitasking skills are required; bilingual ability and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Manage the clinic interceptor desk, greet and direct patients, collect and prepare random urine specimens for laboratory testing, flag appointments and services in computer systems, maintain specimen supplies and records, answer phones, support medical records, reduce patient wait times, and report incidents or process recommendations. The role requires professionalism, sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced community health setting.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a nonprofit: source and outreach, partner with hiring managers, screen and interview candidates, ensure equitable candidate experience, strengthen employer brand, and represent the organization at events.
