Lead Vocca’s US go-to-market and build its sales organization from the ground up. The role begins as a hands-on player-coach responsible for discovery, demos, pipeline generation, and closing healthcare provider deals, then transitions into hiring, coaching, forecasting, enablement, compensation, territory design, and sales operations leadership. The leader will develop the US sales playbook, manage complex healthcare buying processes, own revenue targets, and provide customer insights to product and company leadership.

Own the full sales cycle for Vocca’s AI voice agent in the US healthcare market. Build outbound pipeline, conduct discovery and demos, negotiate and close mid-market and enterprise healthcare deals, and coordinate onboarding and deployments. Develop the US sales playbook, manage strategic accounts through expansion and renewals, provide product feedback, and help scale the sales team.
