Build and maintain secure, auditable internal automations for finance, IT, People, and delivery workflows. Develop API integrations with Microsoft Graph, Slack, Atlassian, banking, HR, and identity systems; manage authentication, deployment, observability, and audit controls. Apply LLMs and agentic patterns selectively with human approval gates, while meeting SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, EU AI Act, and data protection requirements. Partner with process owners, Finance, Security, and Legal to simplify workflows and operate reliable production systems.

Supports M&A, investment, strategic partnership, and corporate strategy initiatives. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, market and competitor research, due diligence, executive and board materials, deal coordination, strategic opportunity tracking, and post-close integration planning. The role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on confidential, high-impact decisions within a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company.

Own Volta’s US tax function, leading federal, state, and local compliance, tax accounting under ASC 740, audits, tax authority interactions, and cross-border tax matters. Develop and implement tax strategies, advise finance and legal stakeholders, monitor legislation, manage external advisors, and support financing, M&A, and corporate structuring. Build scalable tax processes, controls, calendars, documentation, and automation for a rapidly growing international business.
