Teams at Voop

Own end-to-end deployment, onboarding, adoption, support, and ongoing relationships for Voop’s US care-provider customers. Lead training, troubleshooting, escalations, customer check-ins, and cross-functional coordination with sales, product, and engineering. Build scalable US customer success processes, playbooks, and tooling while capturing customer feedback and identifying expansion opportunities. The role is based on the US East Coast and may grow into leading the US customer success team.
