Own performance marketing end to end across paid search and social channels, including campaign setup, landing pages, tracking, attribution, optimization, and reporting. Manage budgets against CAC, ROAS, and lead-conversion goals; test creative, keywords, bidding, and landing pages; collaborate with content partners; and present performance results to marketing and executive leadership.

Execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events. Build lifecycle and nurture campaigns, manage marketing automation in HubSpot, track performance, report results, maintain the marketing calendar, and coordinate campaign execution across teams. The role requires strong project management, written communication, independent ownership, and data-driven optimization in a remote B2B SaaS environment.

Support onboarding and account health for IDV and KYA customers by tracking milestones, following up on action items, maintaining CRM records, drafting communications, and creating enablement resources. Coordinate customer issues across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, maintain voice-of-customer feedback, and apply AI tools to automate routine work and improve team efficiency.
