Manage post‑sale ad campaign execution for podcast and display inventory, including setup, trafficking, QA, tracking, reporting, and optimization. Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Brand Studio, Editorial, and Accounting to ensure timely launches, delivery reconciliation, and adherence to technical and brand-safety specifications.

Lead day-to-day editorial and operations for The Strategist: manage editorial calendar, teams (2-3 direct reports), workflows in Airtable, freelancer/vendor contracts and budgets, cross-functional coordination with ecommerce, sales, visual, and product, newsletter editing, and drive audience growth and editorial strategy.
