Lead and own strategy workstreams: translate research and data into strategic recommendations, briefs, and activation plans. Build client trust, facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews, connect strategy to creative and design outcomes, and collaborate across teams to deliver clear, actionable direction.

Creates visual designs, typography, logos, icons, and conceptual campaigns across print and digital mediums. Collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams, translates client stories into functional visual experiences, presents and sells design work, incorporates feedback, and delivers projects according to briefs and timelines.

Supports senior project managers and independently manages smaller client projects. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, financial tracking, staffing, risk mitigation, change control, client communications, documentation, SOWs, billing coordination, deliverables, and project meetings. The role manages brand, marketing, campaign, digital, creative, advertising, strategy, and research projects while coordinating internal teams, clients, accounting, resource management, and partner agencies.
