Advise optometric practices on business performance through high-level P&L reviews, operational assessments, benchmark reporting, and strategic recommendations. Identify improvement and profit opportunities across practice management, staffing, optical operations, marketing, and revenue cycle management. Provide education, webinars, resources, and actionable guidance while coordinating handoffs to specialized advisors and supporting member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Leads large, complex projects from planning through completion, managing scope, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholders, and project teams. Develops business cases, proposals, charters, forecasts, and status communications; tracks results, resolves issues, and mentors other project managers. Requires strong decision-making, communication, analytical, resource coordination, and stakeholder-management abilities, with project management experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Provides timely customer support through phone, in-person, and digital channels. Resolves routine and complex inquiries, complaints, transactions, and claims; explains products and services; documents interactions; identifies trends; and escalates broader issues. May support sales representatives, attend client or benefits meetings, and process payments. Requires availability for varied shifts and strong communication, problem-solving, software, internet, and customer service skills.

Manages business and systems analysts supporting enterprise projects, strategic initiatives, sales and service technology, and operational process improvements. Allocates staff, oversees performance and development, resolves complex workflow and production issues, coordinates vendors and departments, standardizes platforms, and ensures automated solutions meet business needs. Builds strong internal relationships, educates business partners, maintains communication, and acts as a subject matter expert for sales and service processes.

Provides bilingual customer support by responding to routine and complex inquiries, researching and resolving complaints, processing transactions and documentation, educating customers, identifying trends, and escalating issues. The role may support sales representatives, process claims, attend client or benefits meetings, and requires proficiency with multiple software programs, internet tools, and Microsoft Office. Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight travel is required.

Leads financial accounting, reporting, analysis, controls, audits, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives for assigned business entities. Oversees financial statement preparation, general ledger accuracy, accounting policy implementation, risk monitoring, and relationships with auditors and regulators. Manages accounting personnel, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, workload allocation, staffing, and departmental budgeting. Requires extensive GAAP and NAIC Model Audit Rule knowledge, management experience, analytical ability, and senior stakeholder influence.

Sell and service eyewear by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects across varied industries. Build and maintain customer relationships, create sales strategies, exceed quota targets, act as liaison between customers and internal teams, use sales automation to track activity, and travel frequently to support territory needs.
