Supervise solid waste collection crews and daily hauling operations. Assign work, monitor progress, adjust staffing, enforce safety procedures, conduct field inspections and audits, manage customer complaints, lead performance discussions, establish operational goals, and oversee environmental, OSHA, and local permitting compliance.

The Assistant Controller supports accounting and business operations, including monthly financial statements, annual budgets, audits, system implementations, and operational metric calculations. The role partners with district managers and teams across operations, sales, and customer service, gaining broad business exposure. Responsibilities may include riding with drivers and sales staff and learning billing processes. Candidates need an accounting or finance degree, strong Excel and accounting-system skills, initiative, and willingness to relocate for advancement.
